CVS ebuild to compile GRUB2 from CVS source for partitionable raid device booting and other hot-new stuff

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. echo "PORTDIR_OVERLAY=/usr/local/portage" >> /etc/make.conf
2. mkdir -p /usr/local/portage/sys-boot/grub-cvs
3. cp grub-cvs-1.0.ebuild /usr/local/portage/sys-boot/grub-cvs
4. ebuild /usr/local/portage/sys-boot/grub-cvs/grub-cvs-1.0.ebuild manifest
5. emerge grub-cvs
Actual Results:  
this actually compiles unlike the 1.95 ebuild
