I found it very nice that on the installation CD, there is /install.txt on the
ramdisk.  It is very useful to have the document during installation.  My
suggestion is to add it on the CD itself (readable when the CD is mounted) as
well, in addition to the copy on the root filesystem.  This assures that after
rebooting the newly built kernel, the document is still reachable.

Moving these so we can remove the "Install CD" component from "Gentoo Linux".

I apologize to everyone for this spam, but according to the bugzilla developers,
this is the only reasonable way to do this.
