running net-www/apache-2.2.4-r9. notice that -d and -f are duplicated:

root      7009     1  0 20:31 ?        00:00:00 /usr/sbin/apache2 -D INFO -D SSL -D PROXY -d /usr/lib64/apache2 -f /etc/apache2/httpd.conf -d /usr/lib64/apache2 -f /etc/apache2/httpd.conf -k start

appears to be fixed with -r10.
