The references to the ARCH variable in the "Contents of an ebuild File" section
should instead refer to KEYWORDS.  ARCH should only be set by make.defaults, not
in an ebuild.  This confused pwk in #gentoo, and the fact that this document is
wrong and not prescient was confirmed with carpaski and agriffis in #gentoo-dev.
