I was retrievieng from the oregon.edu mirror, but there may be others with a
corrupt/incomplete package

Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge lcms
2.
3.

Actual Results:  
md5 failed, tar ztvf lcms-1.09.tar.gz returned errors

The file in the master repository should be okay. Could you try it with ibiblio, please?
