this is a bug in cedega code where it does not properly check for rc versions file a bug with them as they provide support for this package
Hi, I installed cedega 6.0.2 (updated engine to 6.0.3 at start of setup wizard). I had exactly the same problem with the wizard doing nothing when hitting the "finished" button at step 5. The error log was the same as you.
