pkgdetails is compiled but never installed. Either add perl as dependency or just install pkgdetails. Created attachment 135707 [details, diff] debootstrap-1.0.6.ebuild.patch installs pkgdetails in correct place so perl dependency can be avoided.
sight... i'm not only dup'ing my own bugs, i'm even duping my own patches... another night sleep wasted :-(
