Description René 'Necoro' Neumann 2007-07-08 23:39:36 UTC
PIDA imports the gconf module. As it cannot find this w/o gnome-python being installed, it fails.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install pida w/o gnome-python
2. Start pida
Actual Results:
Pida fails:
necoro@Devoty ~ % pida
The pida package could not be found.
Exiting. (this is fatal)

Expected Results:
Pida starting up.

bug 184040 has an ebuild with the correct deps.

Thanks guys, added gnome-python dep even if you don't have USE='gnome'

I left a bug report mentioning this upstream, along with the gvim, bicyclerepairman and gnome-python-extras which are missing from their docs also.
