Description Massimo Burcheri 2007-07-08 20:27:25 UTC
Since the RC1 ktorrents width doesn't fit on my 1024x768 screen anymore. The whole world seems to have bigger screens.
Comment 1 Jakub Moc (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2007-07-08 20:30:29 UTC
Don't get me wrong, but why on earth don't you resize the thing?!
Comment 2 Massimo Burcheri 2007-07-08 20:52:00 UTC
Sure. Qt widgets have an attribute minimal width. The arrangement doesn't allow to resize the main window to 1024 anymore. Not a bug, trivial, but 1024x768 should be kind of minimal standard for GUIs.
Comment 3 Jakub Moc (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2007-07-08 21:15:01 UTC
You know, the window fits my 1152x864 screen more that two times when resized to minimal size...

Closing.

I saw this on upstream tracker....

This will happen if you use Spanish translation (or any other that takes up to much place) and is behind a firewall.

Bug is known http://ktorrent.org/forum/viewtopic.php?p=10045
and fixed with net-p2p/ktorrent-2.2.1 .
Comment 6 Jakub Moc (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2007-07-27 18:42:38 UTC
Then use 2.2.1 :)
