Two files are added during pkg_postinst and are therefore not registered:
/etc/portage/bin/post_sync
/etc/portage/postsync.d/q-reinitialize

This is not good. post_sync and the directory postsync.d should belong to portage, as it is a functionality of portage, that something is executed after sync.

q-reinitialize should be either in the tarball of portage-utils or copied from the files dir during src_install.
