Description Roman Daszczyszak 2007-07-07 11:07:39 UTC
After a successful emerge of the ~amd64 app-admin/lsat application, version 0.9.6, executing with no args works normally, but when provided '-m gentoo' it returns 'segmentation fault'.
Don't know if this is a gentoo-specific or upstream problem.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. echo app-admin/lsat ~amd64 >> /etc/package.keywords
2. emerge lsat
3. lsat   *** works normally ***
4. lsat -m gentoo    *** segmentation fault ***

Actual Results:
segmentation fault

Expected Results:
Should have ran through its loaded modules and output text file last.out containing potential security-related problems

Backtrace from lsat -m gentoo

lsat backtrace - let me know if I am missing something; never made one before.
Did this:
CFLAGS="-gddb" FEATURES="nostrip" emerge lsat
then ran the gdb with bt, and bt full.
Comment 3 Mike Pagano gentoo-dev 2008-12-29 20:39:02 UTC
lsat version bump committed with patch to fix segfault.
