This package is not honoring the mirror settings in my /etc/make.conf.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Build system on a private IP address
2.  Configure system to use a mirror with a public IP address
3.  emerge net-analyzer/nagios-nrpe

Actual Results:
