I see lots of these messages in syslog:

Jul  2 10:14:25 gollum spamd[10107]: Use of uninitialized value in split at /usr
/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.8/Mail/SpamAssassin/Plugin/Check.pm line 389.

There is a patch that fixes the problem. Please include it in the ebuild:
