libwww is attempting to install mysql3 on my mysql4 server. While this may be
fine, it is possible to build against mysql4 by changing the ebuild.

This caused a brief headache with mod_php in bug 17723. It might be wise to
update the ebuild to work with mysql4.

use ~x86 in your make.conf
