I'm using the 2.6.20 kernel sources. When I installed the drivers I noticed that the ebuild applys the 2.6.19 patch although there is the newer avaible. Ichanged the ebuild manually i line 162 and the driver compile fine. I also tryed to apply both but differ from only the 2.6.20. Another thing are the depencies. The latest versions of X the driver work with are xorg-x11-7.1 and xorg-server-1.1.1-r5. There are additional infos from me at http://forums.gentoo.org/viewtopic-t-565596-highlight-.html Reproducible: Always

More infos: the attached build.log http://bugs.gentoo.org/attachment.cgi?id=123554 show the error from the original ebuild. The kernel module couldn't build. An further investigation showed that the patch for kernel 2.6.19 was applyed, althought i was usig kernel 2.6.20 and there is a patch for this kernel. So I changed the ebuild manually in line 162 as in the diff-file http://bugs.gentoo.org/attachment.cgi?id=123555. After this change the module create fine with only some warnings.
