There is no vmware-workstation-tools-6.0.0-45731 ebuild, so I can't have gentoo running with all features of vmware (graphics, sound...).

Maybe is it as simple as copying ebuild for previous version changing only a few things?

That's being worked on at the moment, sadly some of the patches need tweaking, but I'm afraid it's lower on the priority list than actually getting vmware-workstation 6 and vmware-player 2 unmasked...

Omer, could you please give the open-vm-tools a try from the vmware overlay.  This is now a unified set of guest tools that should work across all vmware products.  It should also build against the latest kernel modules.  If you could report back here how it's working and whether you've had any problems, it'd be really helpful to us.  Thanks!  5:)
