Emerge virtualbox fails on my system, even with a very conservative make.conf. My typical (still fairly sane) one can be found in the gentoo-forums thread I linked to. Looks like your toolchain is damaged as memcpy is a standard c function and should always be there, marking invalid. Though if you can reproduce it on a stable stage3, please reopen and attach a list with steps you took.
