This will work around the problem:

# ln -s /usr/bin/srch_strings /usr/bin/sstrings

That's mostly an upstream issue IMHO, it is because of changes in sleuthkit. And it is fixed in newer versions of autopsy which are ~arched in Portage. You can either make a symlink, or upgrade autopsy.
