Cpp2latex 2.3 has been released; this is an update to the original ebuild I submitted. 
The patch I created for 2.2 is not necessary for this version.

Okay, this looked horrible in portage, missing files and digests and metadata. I've removed the old 2.2 series and added 2.3.
