Description Lindsay Haisley 2007-06-23 02:09:58 UTC
I've put up a short piece on coping with the bugs and instabilities that frequently show up in Evolution. I'd like some feedback from the Gentoo evo maintainers, and possibly some guidance re. posting it to gentoo-wiki.com.

Please see http://www.fmp.com/fmp/living_with_evolution.html.

gentoo-wiki.com is a separate entity from Gentoo and you have to contact them regarding your guide being published there, not us.
Comment 2 Lindsay Haisley 2007-06-23 03:29:42 UTC
Thanks. This is helpful.

for the record, this is something that you might want to link to go-evolution.org. Please contact upstream in their irc channel or the mailing-list, that would be more helpful as I don't see any gentoo related material.

/me votes for reso notabug -- gentoo-wiki has nothing to do with us, as rane said, and this link is not gentoo-specific anyway.
Comment 5 Gilles Dartiguelongue (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2007-06-23 09:23:08 UTC
I agree, closing as INVALID since there is no NOTABUG
Comment 6 Lindsay Haisley 2007-06-23 16:26:21 UTC
Gilles, Lukasz, thanks for the helpful feedback. This certainly isn't Gentoo-specific, and maybe not appropriate for Gentoo bugzilla, but this is useful information I'd like to get out somewhere, and I figured that this was a good place to start to perhaps get some ideas on where best to go with it and possibly some feedback on the piece itself. My apologies to anyone receiving this who feels that this was an inappropriate place to post my request.
