app-mobilephone/wammu-0.20 fails to emerge because it depends on app-mobilephone/gammu. 
The dependency is not in the ebuld..

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge app-mobilephone/wammu-0.20 (without to emerge gammu..)

Actual Results:  
the installation fails

Expected Results:  
it should emerge first app-mobilephone/gammu and then wammu

It already depends on python-gammu (which depends on gammu).
