remove cjk use flag. It was necessary for gaim-1.5 but not for pidgin.

my QQ account still couldn't login, said that the low client version are blocked to login. however the passwd incorrect error is eliminated ;-) Seems that, the qq protocal still need to be polished.
Is this gonna be in the portage any time soon?
gaim-encryption is ported for pidgin (now it's called pidgin-encryption). So I suggest uncommenting this line: # PDEPEND="crypt? ( >=x11-plugins/gaim-encryption-3.0_beta5 )" And changing dependency to >=pidgin-encryption-3.0.
