The apache ebuilds (1.3.27-r3 and 1.3.27-r4) still have the line
    mod_ssl_ver=2.8.11-${PV}
but mod_ssl 2.8.11 isn't available anymore following the recent 
CSS vulnerability.

Changing the mod_ssl version required to 2.8.14 fixes this.
