emerge -f parted fails in 1.4, it appears 1.6.4 has been pulled of the GNU 
mirrors, there are older and newer versions present.

I'm currently restoring distfile backups, so this'll be on our mirrors - in the meantime, whoever maintains parted in Portage should fix the SRC_URI or commit a newer ebuild...
