I cannot emerge ImageMagick because ImageMagick-5.5.3-2.tar.bz2 is not found on 
any servers.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge ImageMagick

Actual Results:  
I received a 404 Not Found for each emerge tentatives.

The ImageMagick people suddenly decided to delete .bz2's of all but the newest version on their servers. We're now using 100% .gz's, which, although less efficient, means less headache in the long run. Sorry for the inconvenience, thanks for reporting. Also, the stable version is bumped, so you should get 5.5.5.3 now.
