Can you please tell us at least which version of konqueror (we're at 3.5.7
actually), and if you're using a particular plugin for multimedia contents
(ie: flash through gnash or similar, they're used for the little banner)
and, if so, try to disable them and check if there are still crashes?
Comment 2 Julien 2007-06-08 18:16:59 UTC
I use Konqueror 3.5.7 on KDE 3.5.7.

So I've tested again with all plugins disabled and it still happens. So it's not the flashplayer.

Ok, please check, it's crashing every time entering the "Graphic request"
folder here, and only when javascript and java are turned on.
Is there doing the same?
Comment 4 Julien 2007-06-09 09:13:36 UTC
So, I've tested a few possibilities, and it crashes on "Graphic Request", "Graphic Tutorials", "Demandes Graphiques", Tutoriaux graphiques" sections.

It happens only when Javascript is enabled.
Comment 5 Julien 2007-06-09 09:35:53 UTC
I've made more test and there I saw that it is specific to the 3.5.6 and 3.5.7 version, it doesn't happen on the 3.5.5

Please file an upstream bug for this and add its URL here.
Comment 7 Julien 2007-06-24 19:01:36 UTC
Ok, so I filled a bug at bugs.kde.org -> https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=147174

Thanks, please re-open this bug when the KDE upstream bug has a workaround, patch or solution. I'm sorry but I don't see much we could do here.
