Please remove rsync2.jp.gentoo.org out of the rotation (rsync.gentoo.org & rsync.jp.gentoo.org).
and remove mirror.gentoo.gr.jp from http://www.gentoo.org/main/en/mirrors.xml .

The reason is a problem of hardware and traffic.

Thank you so much for helping Gentoo out with multiple mirrors. 

As per your request, I've removed both rsync and distfile mirrors.
