net-libs/loudmouth-1.2.2 fails its tests for me when installing on AMD64. The problem seems to be that loudmouth uses the dev-libs/check framework for its checks, but this is not a dependency when tests are enabled. 

After manually installing dev-libs/check things work as expected and all tests pass.
