Description Jan Vansteenkiste 2007-05-31 10:25:03 UTC
I can't seem to get control-center compiled. It seems there are some missing statements in the file control-center.xml

Example:
----
db2omf: Could not construct the OMF maintainer element.
  Add an author, corpauthor, editor, othercredit, or publisher
  element with the role attribute set to "maintainer" to control-center.xml.
----

So, this could be fixed by changing './help/C/control-center.xml'

<author role="maintainer">
    <firstname>Kevin</firstname><surname>Breit</surname>
</author>

Reproducible: Always

Comment 1 Gilles Dartiguelongue (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2007-05-31 10:54:12 UTC
which version of gnome-doc-utils do you have ?
Comment 2 Jan Vansteenkiste 2007-05-31 11:19:31 UTC
I was using app-text/gnome-doc-utils-0.10.3
see http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=180386#c2

I reverted back to 0.8.0 now and everything seems to work fine.
Comment 3 Daniel Gryniewicz (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2007-05-31 16:19:59 UTC
Don't mix masked gnome-doc-utils with gnome 2.16. It will fail all over the place.
