Comment 2 Patrizio Bassi 2007-05-31 18:27:35 UTC
i updated cpufreq + kernel in the same afternoon
Comment 3 Patrizio Bassi 2007-07-15 14:35:41 UTC
seems ok now...but..if i do it from root i get:

 LC_ALL="C" cpufreq-info

analyzing CPU 0:
  driver: acpi-cpufreq
  CPUs which need to switch frequency at the same time: 0
  hardware limits: 1.60 GHz - 1.86 GHz
  available frequency steps: 1.86 GHz, 1.60 GHz
  available cpufreq governors: ondemand, powersave, performance
  current policy: frequency should be within 1.60 GHz and 1.86 GHz.
                  The governor "ondemand" may decide which speed to use
                  within this range.
  current CPU frequency is 1.60 GHz (asserted by call to hardware).
