Scribus team released a new version 1.3.4, renaming the 1.3.3.9 ebuild worked without any problems so far.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. cp scribus-1.3.3.9.ebuild scribus-1.3.4.ebuild
2. ebuild scribus-1.3.4.ebuild digest
3. emerge scribus --oneshot
4. scribus

We have now set all dependencies to hard dependencies, eg like libtiff but that shouldnt affect the ebuild.

Hanno, please set cairo as a default use flag than defaulting it to off with 1.3.4.
