I've had realplayer 8 installed basically since I installed gentoo.  At some
point yesterday after running emerge -u world, realplayer stopped working.  

The error it passes is:
realplay: relocation error: /opt/RealPlayer8/Codecs/cook.so.6.0: undefined
symbol: atexit

I've tried unmerging and re-emerging it..

Ryan, now for something a little different.  Just for the record, realplayer on
my own machine is fine.

Seemant masked realplayer.  Realplayer One should be out soon for beta testing.
 I can't seem to download 8 anymore.

I'm running glibc 2.2.5-r2.  Perhaps try rebuilding this library.  Only place I
can think of that would have an atexit error.
