sys-apps/baselayout-2.0.0_alpha3 doesn't use the scans_ra0="10" option because the time is too short and it also doesn't find my acess point(i have to restart the script several times)

alpha4 doesn't use this either, but I think I have this fixed in a different way. Re-open if you disagree.
