wmpower is a Window Maker dock application for Linux allowing the user to see
(and set) the power management status of his laptop. Written in C, works with
both APM and ACPI enabled kernels. It also interfaces directly to Toshiba hardware.

I believe this should go to x11/plugins since most wm docks are there

wmpower depends on media-libs/xpm...
I forgot that in the old ebuild.
Here goes the correct one.
