As stated emerging app-portage/gentoolkit-dev, the gensync utility has been deprecated in favor of app-portage/layman.
Thus eix-sync should use layman to sync overlays instead of gensync.

eix-0.9.6-layman.patch

It patches eix-sync.in and eix.1.in to refere layman instead of gensync.
eix-sync option '-g' is renamed to '-l' to keep it mnemonic: -g was to skip gensync, -l is to skip layman.
