distfile httpd-2.0.58.tar.bz2 can not be fetched - error is always:
('Filesize does not match recorded size', 4704318L, 694080)
!!! Fetched file: httpd-2.0.58.tar.bz2 VERIFY FAILED!
!!! Reason: Filesize does not match recorded size
!!! Got:      4704318
!!! Expected: 694080
Removing corrupt distfile...


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge --sync
2. emerge -f =net-www/apache-2.0.58-r2




Expected Results:  
distfiles should be fetched without errors
