The GUI is not properly displaying the buttons around the map when using the default install from the ebuild Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.emerge roadnav 2.roadnav Actual Results: There are no buttons around the map. Expected Results: There should be buttons. I contacted the developer and he had this to say: "If they're not showing up, it means Linux can't find the skin files. Did you install Roadnav from source or one of the precompiled packages? If you compiled from source, make sure you did a "make install" as root at the end and that either /usr/local/share/roadnav/skins or /usr/share/roadnav/skins exists and contains the two skin directories. " Upon checking, the ebuild installs the skins to /usr/share/roadnav/skins, but the program expects them to be in /usr/local/share/roadnav/skins Copying the files in the skins folder to /usr/local/share/roadnav/skins solves the issue and the buttons show up again Please fix the ebuild to install the skins to the correct directory.
what version of roadnav? this seems to be working here. can you try out version 0.18?
Please, get back to up...
