Addpaches is missing when a new system is installed (the kernel) so it fails to
install the kernel.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.install gentoo

When installing a new system the kernel installation fails due to the missing dependency of addpatches.

Same here, gentoo will not install when choosing Gentoo-Sources.

fixed ebuild so this will not occur. should be on the mirrors shortly. 'emerge sync' then 'emerge 
gentoo-sources'.
