Hi I set up an rsync server, the server name is boxbox.rh.rit.edu. IP is
129.21.129.97. email: gdg1956@rit.edu

unable to establish a connection.  Is this server still up/running?

connection still refused.  closing bug for now.  If the server becomes available again, please re-open this bug.
