Hello, reason is: the avm driver in misdn-1.1.3 crashes on my machine. I would like to step back to misdn-1.1.2, BUT misdn version 1.1.2 was removed on 6. May from public database. I think the version 1.1.2 was removed too early! Why? Well, version 1.1.2 would not hurt anyone (imho), so why remove it and leave only 1 version left in the portage tree? Workaround for me: Get the *.ebuild from gentoo-cvs, but this way I may miss some patch files. Possible fix: - let 2 or 3 versions left in portage for the user to choose - let the user do: echo "=net-dialup/misdn-1.1.3" >> /etc/portage/package.mask && emerge net-dialup/misdn regards Jörg Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce:
Thanks can you please also tell that upstream misdn devs so that they can debug this and hopefully release a 1.1.4? I have re-added 1.1.2 for you :)
