We've had a 5-year innings running rsync mirrors, but now it's getting too much load for other services on the box resulting in rejecting connections and spamd falling over regularly.

Can we be removed from DNS rotation for a (possibly longish) hiatus please?

Thank you so much for supporting Gentoo with a mirror, if you'd ever like to come back, re-open this bug.

I've removed the DNS entries and access to rsync1.us.gentoo.org.
