A request for IP::Anonymous - Perl port of Crypto-PAn to provide anonymous IP addresses.

Background: created a new ebuild for AfterGlow (see bug #178709), which already lacked the Text::CSV (bypassed this by including a patch for Text::CSV_XS that is in the tree), but it turns out there is another script that requires the mentioned port. While bringing it solely for the mentioned ebuild is not necessary, the IP Anonymous itself is useful for other instances also.
