Since there were some changes in ebay since 2005, it doesn't work any more. You'd need a version from cvs:
http://ebayagent.cvs.sourceforge.net/ebayagent/eBayAgent/

BTW, the line to checkout is:

cvs -z3 -d:pserver:anonymous@ebayagent.cvs.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/ebayagent co -P eBayAgent

The CVS version works fine.

I'm actually not too keen on maintaining a cvs version of a package I don't even use. - If you find a maintainer feel free to poke me.
