When using sys-apps/baselayout-2.0.0_alpha2, baselayout always starts in interactive mode, even though RC_INTERACTIVE in /etc/conf.d/rc has been set to "no".

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install sys-apps/baselayout-2.0.0_alpha2.
2. Edit /etc/conf.d/rc and set RC_INTERACTIVE to "no".
3. Reboot.

Actual Results:  
Baselayout always runs in interactive mode.

Expected Results:  
Baselayout should not run in interactive mode, unless RC_INTERACTIVE has been set to "yes" in /etc/conf.d/rc .
