The file channels.conf is in the right directory (~./xine) and has valid entries. If any entry is called individually by the command 'xine dvb://'<any channel>', then that channel will successfully play, and the other channels can be accessed by scrolling to them on the menu. Pressing the triangle Play button will play the channel again. Pressing the DVB button gives the error 'The specified file or MRL could not be found. Please check it twice. (Sorry, no channels.conf found)'. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. run xine 2. Press the dvb button 3. Actual Results: Pressing the DVB button gives the error 'The specified file or MRL could not be found. Please check it twice. (Sorry, no channels.conf found)'. Expected Results: Play the channel. I'm not sure if this is relevent, but here in the US, the broadcasting standard is ATSC. A fellow over in the UK (where it is DVB-T) does not experience the same problems as me.
