http-replicator init script uses --startas, which is no longer available with start-stop-daemon in baselayout-2. Fix is to use --exec instead, which works as normal.

I just committed a version of http-replicator that uses --exec instead of --start-as. Also if i remember correctly, uberlord recently added --start-as to 
start-stop-daemon, so even the old init script should now work.
