WebImage creates a 'portable' version of your photo album that can be viewed on any standard web browser. No other software is necssary.

This is not a webapp. You simply take this tarball, unpack it into the directory that contains some pictures, run ./webimage.php and it produces HTML photoalbum file.

Not something that you could write a useful ebuild for. Closing.
