When setting up NFS shares in the installer (both text and gtk) it requires the user to specify an IP or FQDN and rejects a short hostname (without domain) for no apparent reason. Also the error message is slightly wrong as it only mentions the need for hostname or IP, not FQDN or IP. I assume it's supposed to be some kind of protection against invalid input, but a DNS lookup there would be more appropriate.
I'm surprised this hasn't come up in the 2 years that feature (NFS mounting) has been in there.
Since the 2007.1 installer will be for networkless installs only, this is moot.
