a couple of ebuilds reference <herd>s390</herd> in their metadata.xml.
the s390 herd is not in herds.xml.

app-emulation/hercules                  invalid herd: <herd>s390</herd>
sys-apps/cpint                          invalid herd: <herd>s390</herd>
sys-apps/lkcdutils                      invalid herd: <herd>s390</herd>
sys-apps/s390-oco                       invalid herd: <herd>s390</herd>

either the s390 herd is created or the ebuilds are changed to another herd.
sys-apps/s390-tools is unmaintained.
please advise!
