configure.in: mysql extra rewrite previously set EXTRAS
contrib/check_linux_raid.pl: incorrect syntax of "use lib"
contrib/check_dns_random.pl: incorrect path to nagios dir + incorrect replacement string

Fixed in nagios-plugins-1.4.8-r1 which i just added to CVS.
